Hello!
My name is Sarah! 

Growing up, I always felt a calling to support families. This was mostly because of the fact that my mother ran a home daycare from the moment I was born. I have been changing diapers since I was 6 years old… and loving it! As I got older and started to figure out who I was and what I wanted to be, I found myself constantly returning to childcare. Fast forward to now, I own and operate my own daycare and have been a childcare provider for over 15 years!

My mentality regarding childcare switched about 5 years ago when I started nannying for a family that was pregnant with twin boys. Becoming close with the twin’s mother and helping her navigate the early months with the babies while also caring for her older son was a relationship and experience that I will treasure forever. We are now family! I always understood the needs of children independently, but I finally began to understand the individual needs of mothers, fathers, infants, and the family unit as a whole. I am so blessed that I can incorporate all of these things into one job that I love- a birth and postpartum doula!

In my work, I have discovered that everyone has undeniable strength within them, and with the right encouragement and support, this strength will show. Pregnancy, labour and postpartum are  some of the milestones in your life that will really test your strength. I am here to help you lean into any challenges you may face throughout this season of life and discover how strong you truly are, in mind, body and soul.
